  Gerhard Burda
CEO ATRONIC Group

CEO of the ATRONIC Group Gerhard Burda has been with the company since the very early days in 1993 and has since played an integral part in the rapid growth and expansion of the company.

Of Austrian origin, Gerhard’s telecommunications engineering background, as well as his passion for foreign cultures and languages made him an ideal fit for the international casino industry.

Gerhard initially started with ATRONIC as the company’s product manager influencing the initial development of ATRONIC’s 3D video platform. His day-to-day contact with casino operators and technicians helped him to gain a deep understanding of the requirements of modern gaming operations. His persistence and commitment in tackling complicated tasks resulted in various innovative solutions which assisted ATRONIC on its way to becoming a market leader in the gaming industry today.

In 1996, Gerhard was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at ATRONIC International where he was able to utilize his profound product and market knowledge to successfully build the company’s Sales, Marketing and Service network throughout Europe, Africa and Latin America.

In 2005 he took on the role of Group-CEO also chairing ATRONIC’s Global Strategy committee. Following the company’s rapid global growth Gerhard Burda has been named Senior Vice President of Gaming Solutions for Lottomatica Group - a division consisting of SPIELO and ATRONIC.


  Frédéric Bonafous
CFO, ATRONIC International Group

A citizen of France, Frédéric joined ATRONIC Systems’ predecessor, MIS Group, as Chief Financial Officer in 2001. In 2007, he was appointed ATRONIC Group Controller in charge of group consolidation, reporting and transfer price policy.

Before joining ATRONIC, Frédéric was CFO for Erato (Time Warner Music), and prior to that, spent five years as an auditor with KPMG in Paris.

Now, as CFO of the ATRONIC International Group, Frédéric is responsible for US GAAP and statutory financial reporting, forecasts, treasury, as well as the financial performance reporting.



  Oskar Dohrau
Managing Director ATRONIC Austria GmbH, CTO

Having worked for various high tech companies in Austria, Oskar Dohrau has gained more than 20 years experience in the Information Technology arena. He leads the R&D Division of ATRONIC which encompasses both, ATRONIC and ATRONIC Systems as well as includes responsibility for the development of the entire ATRONIC solutions portfolio such as games, platforms and systems. It is Oskar´s job to direct ATRONIC’s R&D departments in line with the market trends emerging in global gaming markets. In addition to his R&D role, Oskar holds responsibility for ATRONIC International´s Operations, Information Technology and Compliance departments and serves as the Managing Director for ATRONIC Austria.


  Ken Bossingham
COO ATRONIC Americas

Ken started his career at the Fortune 50 Company, Ashland Oil where he spent 7 years in key operations and sales management roles. His gaming career began in 1997 when he joined JCM America as the Western Region Manager. He continued to grow his key gaming management experience with Aristocrat Technologies where he was also the Western Region Manager.

Ken left Aristocrat and joined ATRONIC to lead the sales efforts in Nevada. With his successful expansion of the ATRONIC product line in Nevada, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for all of North America.. Due to his astute accomplishments in sales, marketing, and product strategy, he was further elevated to Chief Operating Officer for ATRONIC Americas. In this role, he oversees all activities for North America; including sales, business development, operations, gaming services, and game design. Ken presently also serves as a Board Member representing ATRONIC on Gaming Standards Association (GSA). Ken holds a BS degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.



  Sylvia Dietz
Managing Director ATRONIC International GmbH, Marketing Director

Sylvia began her career in the marketing department at ATRONIC International in 1998 and was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager. Later, in 2003, her achievements were rewarded with the position of Marketing Director for ATRONIC International. Since the integration of the ATRONIC International and ATRONIC Systems’ marketing teams, Sylvia has been in her current position of Executive Director Marketing ATRONIC Group.

Prior to joining ATRONIC, Sylvia worked for several Marketing and Consulting agencies and held several positions with German gaming company Gauselmann Group. Sylvia holds a degree in Marketing & Economics, and is also the author of a book on Quality Management for Consulting & Marketing Agencies which was published in 1998 in Germany. In addition to her Marketing Director position, Sylvia also serves as the Managing Director for ATRONIC International in Germany.



  Athanasios Isaakidis
Managing Director ATRONIC International GmbH, Technical Director

Having worked for over 20 years in customer services, Sakis brings a wealth of experience to his position as Technical Director for ATRONIC.

He started his career as radio television engineer, working for a company in the consumer electronics industry in Germany for over seven years. In 1995, Sakis joined ATRONIC as Assistant Technical Manager, followed by promotions to Technical Manager and then later to his current position as Technical Director. During his time with ATRONIC, Sakis has been successfully building up the company’s global services, spare parts, conversion kits and refurbished machines businesses.

Of Greek origin, Sakis also holds the German citizenship and recently complemented his career by accomplishing a masters degree in technical management (CCI). In addition to his Technical Director position, Sakis also serves as the Managing Director for ATRONIC International in Germany.



  Marc Attal
Managing Director ATRONIC Systems, Director Professional Services

Marc Attal started working at ATRONIC Systems in February 2003, fostering a full service approach. His vision is that operators will see ATRONIC not just as a supplier of the best hardware and software in the business, but as the provider for the best systems solutions package, including all related services and excellent customer support.

Marc is an engineer in Electronics & Signal Processing. After securing his MBA in Finance he worked for 12 years in the software industry in the banking sector. Following that he assumed various positions moving from Consultant to Managing Director.

In his position as Director Professional Services and Product Management (ATRONIC Systems Division), he oversees the teams that manage ATRONIC´s innovative systems portfolio and deliver dynamic solutions to our customers.



  Michael Scala
Director Product Management

Michael started his career with ATRONIC in early 1995 as a Quality Inspector and by 1997 he was responsible for the entire Quality Management Process of ATRONIC Austria.

He served as ATRONIC´s Quality Manager for two years and then was promoted to Director Global Operations in 2002. In spring this year, Michael changed to the Product Management side, using his extensive product knowledge and yearlong experience to direct ATRONIC´s product management team.

Prior to working for ATRONIC Michael gained his Q2 Certificate qualifications and worked for an automotive supply company where he held the position of Quality Test Lab Engineer.
